iCloud couldn't delete my whatsapp backup

On my iPhone 6S running on iOS 9.3.2, whatsapp chat backup seems to have frozen at 0%. After that, I tried log in using another apple id and i could back up my whatsapp chat. I realized that it's my previous whatsapp chat backup from my iPhone 4S causes the problem, because it is running on iOS 7.0.4. Therefore, I tried removing the backup from iCloud but it don't allow me to do so.

On my iPhone 6S, i tried delete the backup by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage>Manage Storage, however when i tap on the WhatsApp Messenger, nothing happened.

On the iCloud Drive for Windows, i tried "Delete Documents and Data" for WhatsApp Messenger, but it returns "Documents & Data for "WhatsApp Messenger" couldn't be deleted. Try Again Later".

Please suggest me a way out.

Same problem here, rebooting isnt going to work.

I cannot delete it from my iPhone or Windows PC, just fails.

My iCloud is now completely screwed up, there is not enough space to back up!

If i open iCloud on my PC it say 4.80GB free, then I click on storage and it shows only 3.09GB free, and it doesnt add up, the only items shown in storage are WhatsApp at 136.4MB, other docs at 57.7MB, health at 1.5MB, Pillow sleep tracker at 174kb and thats it.

Yet some how I am there is a mystery ~1.8GB missing

I am having same problem as you mentioned. I can' delete file from icloud while using my iphone or my computer.

I searched for this problem and not found any answer for this. That program consuming my icloud space and i can not delete it also i am paying icloud services for 50GB storage area but can't manage my space..
Hoping to find an answer for this situation in here..
